A New Partnership

“Burgess and Edmiston have joined forces with the Port Vauban to offer long-term guarantee of use contracts for berths on the Camille Rayon quay.

For Vauban 21, this partnership should enable the port’s commercial attractiveness to be enhanced internationally by drawing on the expertise and professional networks of Burgess and Edmiston, both of which are well-known companies in the yachting sector.

Antibes – Top Yacht Charter Destination

Yachting means different things to different people. But one common denominator is the desire for adventure while having access to comfort and class. Throw in a beautiful destination and paradise is made.

The historic town of Antibes is a perfect mix of charm, elegance, glamour and excitement. Its cobblestone streets, flower boxes, fine restaurants and vibrant club scene make it a must-visit Cote d’Azur spot.

Take a stroll around its impressive 16th-century ramparts, browse the boutiques and artisan shops in Old Town or visit the Picasso Museum. Then don your slinkiest clothes and hit Le Whiski a GoGo, Le Village and Le Pam Pam nightclubs.

antibes – The Gourmet Experience

In Antibes, you don’t have to venture far for good food as there is an excellent restaurant on almost every corner. Head to Michelin-starred Le Vauban, where seasonal ingredients are sourced from their own farm, and try their quail signature dish. Or go truly French and order a plateau de fromages.

Another top eatery is Eden Roc, where you can dine on delicious seafood and desserts at a terrace table overlooking the bay. Also try Le Cesar, Le Pavillon, Le Pavillon Beach, La Taille de Guepe or Cap Riviera.

antibes – Things to Do

Shopping in Antibes comes in two sizes: large and small. If you want large, take a half-hour drive to Cagnes-sur-Mer, where the enormous Polygone Riviera Shopping Centre offers 150 stores, international labels, local fashion talent, a luxury, cinemas and restaurants.

Merely strolling through the centre, which is decorated with palm trees and sculptures, is thrilling. If you prefer a smaller, more intimate shopping experience, take a walk through the Old Town and Juan-les-Pins area, where boutiques and niche stores offer unusual finds.

In between dining, clubbing, shopping and soaking up the town’s history and natural beauty, why not complete your vacation with an adrenaline activity? Azur Helicoptere will let you fly a helicopter, Diamond Diving will show you underwater secrets and Riviera Touring will set you up on a Harley and take you on a thrilling ride along cliff-edged roads.

Better yet, cruise along the coast in your yacht and explore those hard-to-reach places landlubbers can only dream about. From the clear waters off the beach resort of Juan-les-Pins, marvel at how luxurious private mansions and swanky new developments merge seamlessly with the town’s historic buildings.

CHARTER A YACHT IN antibes

The French Riviera must be seen, felt, heard and tasted – and what better way to experience all of this than on a luxury yacht? Give us a call or contact us here and allow one of our friendly charter brokers to arrange all the plans.

Yacht Charter Antibes: The Top Things to Do During Your Charter

Antibes Old Town (Vieille Antibes) is reasonably small to explore. So a day charter here is ideal if added onto a yacht charter from Cannes, St Tropez or Monaco.

There are a number of diverse museums including the Musée Peynet, Archaeology Museum, Musée de la Tour and Postcard Museum. The best known of Antibes’ museums is the Picasso Museum. Located inside the restored Château Grimaldi, that once belonged to the influential Grimaldi family who took royal posts in Cagnes, Monaco and Grasse.

The Picasso Museum is best reached by walking along the old remparts where you can get panoramic views of the town beach Plage de la Gravette, the superyachts berthed at the IYCA (International Yacht Club d’Antibes) quay at Port Vauban and 16 th -century Fort Carré in the distance.

Antibes’ markets offer a glimpse into French life. The Marché Provençal at Cours Masséna is a lively market, selling fruit, vegetables, flowers, cured meats, olives, herbs and hand-milled soaps. It is open daily except Mondays from September to May. Thursday sees the rue Lacan car park become a large clothing market. And also a small but interesting antiques / brocante market is hosted at place Audiberti on both Thursday and Saturday.

The district of Safranier at the western edge of Old Town has pretty cobblestoned streets with flower boxes. It also has the ancient lavoir (wash house) and at number 8 Rue Bas-Castellet you’ll find the house that Nikos Kazantzakis, the author of ‘Zorba the Greek’ lived in. Don’t forget your camera on your yacht charter Antibes!

Le Figuier de Saint-Espirit, located 5 minutes walk from Port Vauban, is hidden off the tourist path but worth finding. Awarded a Michelin star, Chef Christian Morisset focuses on precise cooking with immaculate presentation. They often have ‘2 meals for the price of 1’ promotions on their website. Make a reservation for a table under the fig tree in the courtyard.

A Taste of the Finest Wines

If you fancy a glass of wine try one of three distinctly different wine bars, all located within a few minutes from Port Vauban. Winebar is the latest addition to Antibes nightlife. A chic bar with contemporary décor with highly knowledgeable bar staff. Café Brun is popular with a young crowd. It has friendly staff and a funky décor with leather armchairs, bicycles suspended from the ceiling and great artwork. Ô 6 Conceptstore Bar à Vins (6 rue des Palmiers) with vaulted stone interior. With weekly live music it’s a good choice for an apéritif.

Le Carnet de Bord is a bistro-style restaurant where diners can choose from an inventive menu. With specialties such as scallops with pumpkin, ginger and fennel or caramelised pork fillet with girolle mushrooms and sweet potato. Ensure you reserve a table as the seating is limited.

La Tour Antique ( 4 rue de la Tourraque) situated a short distance from the remparts is ideal for a romantic meal. With less than 20 covers reservations are essential, as locals and tourists alike seek out this Italian restaurant. The menu is concise with 4 options for entrees, pasta, mains and desserts. However, you won’t regret dining there as the hospitable staff present quality food in a welcoming atmosphere.

For a relaxed ambiance, Pimm’s Bar on rue de la République is a fantastic place to sit with a pastis or chilled glass of rosé and watch the passerbys. To sample the best pâtisseries head to Pâtisserie Cottard (8 boulevard Dugommier) or Aux Délices Antibois (12 rue de la République).

For yacht charter clients, Antibes has a diverse range of stores retailing everything from souvenirs to Marseillaise soaps to homewares and luxury accessories.

Yacht Charter Antibes: Shopping Opportunities

For yacht charter Antibes clients, the area has a diverse range of stores. Retailing everything from souvenirs to Marseillaise soaps to homewares and luxury accessories.

If you’re looking for gifts, head to rue Aubernon, rue Thuret, place Nationale and rue James Close. There you’ll find shops with displays of jewellery, paintings, gadgets, children’s toys, homeware and fragranced body products.

For fashion, wander along rue Georges Clemenceau, rue de la République or the top of boulevard Wilson.

Food connoisseurs stroll along rue Sade with it’s boutiques with gourmet food products and premium kitchenware. We recommend Fromagerie L’Etable (1 rue Sade) who are one of the French Riviera’s best cheese suppliers. Maison Bremond 1830 (4 rue Sade) stocks artisan vinegars and conserves is also a must see. Amalthé (12 rue Sade) has beautiful tins of tea blends or stop into Oliviers & Co (13 rue Sade) for exceptional olive oil.

Best time to charter in Antibes

Summer is yacht charter season in Antibes. The warm temperatures and sun-soaked days offer prime conditions for cruising or beach-hopping. In Antibes, the summer season begins in late May and runs through September.

Peak charter season in Antibes is July and August. A favorite peak season event is the Jazz à Juan Festival, which is held each year in July outdoors overlooking the Med. During the summer season, there’s plenty to do: Antibes stylish beach clubs attract A-listers, the place to be and be seen; food and wine festivals each week, and plenty of cultural events throughout the season.

Antibes Yacht Charters – Things to Do & See

Antibes yacht charters

At the center of Antibes, the Vieille Ville, or “Old Town,” offers Antibes yacht charter guests a snapshot of antiquity. Stretching from the old fishing port to the Place du Safranier, the Old Town is dotted with quaint cobblestone streets, Medieval churches, the historic Château Grimaldi, an iconic ancient archway, and market stalls overflowing with fruits and vegetables brought in by the local harvest. Should you choose to end your day in this historic haven, do so by wandering along the embankment of Promenade Amiral de Grasse – it is home to the city’s raved-about horizon views.

Port Vauban

Considered Europe’s largest yacht harbor, one that even houses its own heliport, Port Vauban was designed with the world’s most extravagant yachters in mind. Just steps away from the Old Town, this natural harbor-turned-fortified-port, today, houses a lavish collection of visitors: like Russian oil businessman Roman Abramovich’s Ecstasea and Microsoft co-founder Paul Allen’s Octopus.

Beaches of Juan les Pins

From the eastern Port Gallice to Vallauris-Golf Juan, in the west, the coast of Juan-les-Pins is characterized by idyllic beaches, private restaurants, local fishermen selling their daily catch and the calm, translucent waters of the enchanting Mediterranean Sea. Like the tourists and inhabitants that frequent them, the plentiful beaches of Juan-les-Pins each have their own reputation – two of which are Plage du Pont Dulys, which is known for its water sports amenities, and Grand Plage, famous for its views of both the distant Iles de Lerins and the Esterel mountains.

Charter a private yacht in Antibes

Antibes is a hub for charter yachts on the French Riviera, and you’ll find a selection of superyachts for charter at the International Yacht Club of Antibes (known as a favorite marina of the world’s elite). A private yacht charter is the perfect way to experience Antibes. Cruise to the Cap d’Antibes and explore the peninsula’s tucked-away beaches. Enjoy the sunset over the Med with evening cocktails on the beach.

Situated between Nice and Cannes, Antibes offers the perfect launch for a private yacht charter. Enjoy Antibes’ historic walled Old Town one day, before jetting off to Cannes during festival season. Monaco – known for its high-roller casinos and opulent eateries – and charming, upscale Nice are also favorite cruising destinations on an Antibes private yacht charter.

Marinas and moorings in Antibes

Discover the top Antibes moorings

Antibes is one of the biggest luxury yachting centres on earth, with a huge port that curves around the horseshoe-shaped bay between the medieval ramparts on one side and Fort Carre on the other.

Book My Berth

Moorings & marinas

Antibes has been an important port since before the Middle Ages, when the Crusader ships stopped here on their way to the Holy Land, and, in the modern era, was the base of Louis XIV’s navy and was later bombed by the Germans due to its strategic importance during World War II.

Passing most of its life as a fishing port, Port Vauban of Antibes is today the largest yachting marina in Europe with 1700 berths ranging from 4.5m to 165m, and is logistically made up of two separate marinas, a professional fishing port and a shipyard.

There is also a small port at the base of the Cap d’Antibes called Port Salis, suited to small vessels, and the nearby ports of Juan les Pins, Port Crouton and Port Gallice, taking the total of Antibes-JLP berths to an enormous 2,800.

The IYCA (International Yacht Club of Antibes) Quay The privately-owned IYCA on Quai Camille Rayon , or ‘Millionaire’s Quay’, is probably the most famous of them all- for this is where the huge superyachts gather. On the IYCA, a 60-metre yacht s a minnow, dwarfed beside the palatial megayachts of Roman Abramovich, Paul Allen and the Saudi princes.

While there is a security guard posted at a boom gate on the IYCA to stop unauthorised vehicles, both tourists and visitors are welcome to walk along the IYCA, gawping at the huge shining yachts with their helicopters and swimming pools. And no, you can’t board ‘just for a look.’

If you do happen to have a spare €20 million+ to buy a berth lease, or fancy paying thousands a night to dock your 50metre+ superyacht, then you’ll be interested to know that the IYCA has plenty of room for the fuel trucks to dock, as well as waste services, electricity and water services and all the other things you’d expect from a luxury yacht marina. It also has a helicopter landing pad, that’s in case your yacht isn’t big enough for the helicopter to land straight onto its deck.

Port Vauban On the other hand, if you don’t happen to have that kind of money to hand and just want to dock a smaller boat in Antibes, then the rest of Port Vauban is a much more reasonable prospect. It runs from the ‘Old Port’ edging the wall of the IYCA quay, right around the bay to the shipyard beneath Fort Carre. This huge port has over 1600 berths-although these berths are still quite expensive and fiercely contested year-round. Many yachts will ‘winter’ in Antibes, making the most of the yachting infrastructure, suppliers and English speaking ‘yachtie bars’ that make this town a favourite for yacht crews. A lot of the berths are owned in an ‘amodie’ structure of share ownership, and many of the yachts have been berthed there for decades and barely seem to move.

However, with so many berths and a brilliant location, Port Vauban is indisputably a great place to berth your yacht, so book as early as possible. If you’re looking for a berth to buy or rent long-term, you can contact specialist berth companies such as Mooring Spot , while major yacht brokerages also list berths for sale.

If you’re just coming into Antibes on your yacht and are looking for somewhere to tie up for a night or two, contact the capitanerie (port headquarters) on VHF 09 to find out availability. The larger yachts will be based on either the Capitanerie Quay, the ‘Old Port’, or the Y Quay; the smaller vessels are mostly down towards the shipyard at the Fort Carre end of the port.

The professional fishing port is just near the archway leading towards the old port and IYCA and you’ll find a couple of small fishing charters and dive operators leaving from this area.

Port de la Salis The small fishing and leisure port of Port de la Salis is found at the end of the beaches at the base of the Cap d’Antibes. It has 220 berths for vessels up to 6m, as well as a little lift for haul outs.

Port Gallice Port Gallice is a modern marina and shipyard at Juan-les-Pins in the Antibes commune, accommodating yachts up to 45m in 525 berths. Well protected from winds, this marina has a travelift, a restaurant, shower and toilet facilities as well as waste, water and electricity services.

Port du Crouton Very close to Port Gallice, the small Port du Crouton caters to small vessels and local fishermen. There are moorings for 390 boats with a maximum length of 10 metres.

Marinas close to Antibes-Juan les Pins

For those wanting something slightly cheaper or if you can’t find a spot in Antibes or Juan les Pins, the nearby towns of Golfe Juan and Villeneuve Loubet also have popular marinas.

Villeneuve-Loubet Marina Baie des Anges is located below the immense curved buildings that dominate the coastline at Villeneuve Loubet on the way to Nice. This resort-style marina offers 574 berths up to 28m in length, as well as restaurants, boutiques, 8 hectares of gardens and a man-made white sand beach in the complex.

Golfe Juan Nearby Golfe Juan in the direction of Cannes has two popular marinas: Port du Golfe Juan and Port Camille Rayon , which lie side by side. Port Camille Rayon has 833 berths for boats from 6 m to 75 m. Restaurants, bars and yachting suppliers line the docks of these busy ports.

More inspiration...

All in all, it’s safe to say that there are a lot of boat berths in Antibes and the surrounding towns, making it an ideal place to stop and explore this gorgeous part of the French Riviera. With a huge yachting infrastructure and a long maritime history, Antibes is a fantastic stop on your boating holiday. Just remember to book early!

A Guide To All The Outrageous Mansions And Estates Owned By Sanctioned Russian Billionaires

Alisher Usmanov's Sutton Place estate in Surrey, England.

Forbes uncovered at least 156 properties—worth a collective $5.6 billion—held by 30 targeted Russian-born oligarchs, ranging from a posh Manhattan townhouse to a grand Italian villa. All are at risk of seizure.

Updated on September 14, 2023. The map in this article has not been updated with the additional properties included since its initial publication in March 2022.

R ussian oligarchs looking to hide their “ill-begotten gains” from sanctions may be able to evade the authorities in a superyacht or private jet, but good luck moving that $190 million villa on the French Riviera.

On March 3, the U.S. and the United Kingdom ratcheted up the pressure on Russian billionaires reportedly close to Vladimir Putin when they simultaneously announced an asset freeze and travel ban on prolific investor Alisher Usmanov. The 68-year-old metals magnate had already been sanctioned three days earlier by the European Union, making him one of 50 Russian-born billionaires sanctioned by the EU, U.S., U.K. Switzerland, Canada or Japan since the Russian annexation of Crimea in 2014; 24 were hit for the first time in the past month since Russian troops invaded Ukraine.

Two of Usmanov’s most prized assets—the 16th-century Sutton Place estate in Surrey and the Beechwood House mansion in London—are located in England. According to a press release by the British government announcing the sanctions , both properties have now been frozen, and no "British citizen or business" can deal with Usmanov. In practice, this means Usmanov can’t sell, rent, or receive any economic benefits from the homes.

He’s not the only sanctioned Russian-born billionaire with significant real estate holdings outside of Russia. Nor is he the only one with homes in Western capitals. Forbes uncovered at least 156 properties owned by 30 sanctioned Russian-born oligarchs, stretching from Connecticut to Sardinia. By Forbes ’ count, these properties are collectively worth $5.6 billion.

While asset freezes and travel bans may block these oligarchs from visiting their far-flung homes, it doesn’t mean they immediately lose control of them. That’s in part because it’s not always easy to pin the ownership on them. Putin ally Oleg Deripaska was first sanctioned by the U.S. in 2018, and two of his properties—one in Washington, D.C. and another in New York City—were raided by the FBI in October 2021. But their ownership still hasn’t changed: Forbes reviewed property records in both cities that show both of those properties, plus a third in Manhattan that’s been linked to Deripaska, are still owned by three Delaware-based LLCs that bought them prior to the sanctions. A spokesperson for Deripaska told the Washington Post on March 1 that the homes are owned by his relatives.

A common way to get around sanctions, according to Alexi Fehlman, an analyst at data intelligence firm Sayari Labs who specializes in Eurasia and Russia, is to transfer properties to a relative or a close associate. “Even though there's a push to seize assets, that's going to be complicated," Fehlman says. "Legally, a lot of the time they're not necessarily the owners of the property. Often it'll be an [offshore] entity.”

Still, the U.S. and its allies in Europe have recently indicated they will step up enforcement of sanctions and seize any assets held by sanctioned individuals. On March 2, U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland announced a new task force named "KleptoCapture" that will target Russian oligarchs and use asset forfeiture to seize the holdings of sanctioned individuals. That includes using "cutting-edge investigative techniques" such as data analytics, cryptocurrency tracing, foreign intelligence sources and information from financial regulators to identify any sanctions evasion.

Here are the mansions, villas and luxury apartments held by sanctioned Russian-born billionaires outside of Russia:

Outside of the French Riviera, he and his wife Aleksandra own two penthouses in 110 Central Park South in New York, which they acquired for $12.2 million in 2011 and $12.8 million in 2019, respectively. The former is 2,800 square feet and features two bedrooms, three bathrooms and an 850-square-foot terrace ; the latter spreads out over 3,900 square feet with five bedrooms, five bathrooms, a library and a fireplace .

He also owns homes in Italy and Switzerland. His real estate portfolio previously included the the 36-acre Harewood estate in Ascot, England, a mansion with formal gardens, tennis courts and a lake ; Melnichenko owned the property through Jersey-based Harewood House Limited, according to U.K. and Jersey property records.

“Andrey Melnichenko is an international self-made businessman, entrepreneur and investor in children's education,” his spokesperson said in a statement addressing the sanctions. “He has no relation to the tragic events in Ukraine. He has no political affiliations.”

Referring to a meeting with Putin and several Russian businesspeople that Melnichenko attended on February 24, he added: “To draw a parallel between attending a meeting through membership in a business council, just as dozens of businesspeople from both Russia and Europe have done in the past, and undermining or threatening a country is absurd and nonsensical. There is no justification whatsoever for placing him on the EU sanctions list.”

Alexey Mordashov

Sanctioned by: eu, u.k., u.s., switzerland, australia, japan, properties in: portisco, italy.

Mordashov owns a residential complex in the small seaside village of Portisco in northeastern Sardinia, which was frozen by Italian financial police on March 19. He reportedly purchased the 4,300-square-foot property, named Villa Parodi—which features gardens and a terrace overlooking the Mediterranean Sea—for $85 million in 2012. Regional newspaper La Nuova Sardegna reported at the time that the acquisition was investigated for roughly $8 million in unpaid taxes by the local prosecutor’s office. According to Italian corporate filings, he expanded the property in 2015 by purchasing nearby land from the Marina di Portisco yacht marina. A representative for Mordashov did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

Through his daughter, Olga, Rashnikov owns the 16-room Villa Nellcôte mansion in Villefranche-sur-Mer on the French Riviera. Olga owns 94% of SCI Nellcote Baie de Villefranche and SCI Baie des Figuiers, the companies that own the property, and Rashnikov is also a director at both firms, per French property records.

Built in the 1890s, the Belle Époque villa features a swimming pool and crystal chandeliers and has had some notable residents: it was occupied by the Gestapo during the Nazi occupation of France in the 1940s and was rented by Keith Richards of the Rolling Stones in 1971 .

Forbes found that Rashnikov also owns three properties at 24 Avenue Gabriel in central Paris, all of which were frozen by French authorities. He owns the apartments, located directly across the street from the Élysee Palace—the presidential residence currently occupied by French President Emmanuel Macron—through SCI Parc Gabriel, per French corporate records. Arkady Rotenberg

Sanctioned by: eu, u.k., u.s., australia, canada, japan, switzerland, properties in: rome, sardinia and tarquinia, italy; surrey, u.k.; saint-jean-cap-ferrat, france, total estimated value: $170 million.

Putin’s onetime judo partner, Rotenberg owns several properties in Italy, including two villas in the luxe Costa Smeralda in Sardinia; a villa and an apartment in southern Sardinia; a villa in the hilltop town of Tarquinia, north of Rome; and the 4-star Berg Luxury Hotel in central Rome near the Spanish Steps. The properties, which he owned through Cyprus-based Olpon Investments Limited, were reportedly valued at $40 million in 2014. In September that year, Italian authorities froze those assets after the EU imposed sanctions on him as a result of Russia’s annexation of Crimea. Rotenberg sued the EU over the sanctions and obtained a partial annulment in November 2016, when the General Court of the European Union upheld them but revoked the "restrictive measures" applied from July 30, 2014 to March 14, 2015—a period of time that covers the Italian government’s freezing of his assets.

Arkady is still the sole shareholder of Olpon, according to filings from the Cyprus Registrar of Companies. According to Italian property records, Arkady still owns 50% of Aurora 31—the company that owns the Berg Luxury Hotel—through Olpon Investments Limited. The other 50% is owned by another Cyprus-based firm, Logotax Developments Limited, which is owned by Boris. Arkady also owns Villa Shoshana, a 97,000-square-foot estate in Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat near Nice on the French Riviera. He owns the property through Luxembourg-based Lucasnel SA, according to Luxembourg and French corporate records. French authorities have frozen Villa Shoshana.

Another one of Rotenberg’s properties, the Upper Ribsden estate in Surrey, England, has been entangled in a dispute with his ex-wife Natalia since their divorce in 2013. Rotenberg acquired the home for $44 million in 2012 through British Virgin Islands-based Ravendark Holdings Limited, which still owns the home, per British property records. According to court filings , Ravendark obtained the funds to purchase the estate through a loan provided by Cyprus-based Olpon, which is still owned by Rotenberg. (Part of the loan was also used to buy a Bentley.) The 27,000-square-foot manor features an Italian glass chandelier and a curved marble staircase and is set in six acres surrounded by woods and the Sunningdale golf course. Amenities include a 42-foot swimming pool, games suite, cinema, and a wine cellar.

In July 2016, a British court ordered Rotenberg to transfer the property to Natalia, a decision that was upheld in August 2019 and again in January 2021, when a British judge ruled that Ravendark holds the property "on resulting trust for" Rotenberg and that he is the "sole beneficial owner." Rotenberg appealed that decision and won the latest round in the long-running saga in November 2021, when a panel of three judges ruled that Rotenberg's ownership of the property "has not yet been properly determined" and ordered a full rehearing. A representative for Rotenberg did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

Boris Rotenberg

Sanctioned by: eu, u.k., u.s., australia, canada, japan, citizenship: russia, finland, properties in: èze and mouans-sartoux, france; garkalne, latvia; london, u.k., total estimated value: $60 million.

Arkady’s brother, Boris, owns two large villas in the town of Èze on the French Riviera, as well as a 72-acre estate with a horse breeding business, which he owns with his wife, Karina, in nearby Mouans-Sartoux. According to a 2018 investigation by OCCRP, in collaboration with French daily Le Monde and Russian newspaper Novaya Gazeta , Rotenberg’s ownership of the Mouans-Sartoux estate was routed through a complex ownership structure including a Monaco-based company named Tannor 2. The villas in Èze, totaling 14,000 square feet including a swimming pool, were valued at $37 million in 2008. In 2009, Rotenberg obtained initial authorization for a third villa with a pool, tennis court and a private funicular; work was stopped for unknown reasons and the project was reauthorized in 2015, with construction resuming in 2018. Rotenberg did not comment on the investigation, but a source close to the family told OCCRP that the family doesn’t own the Èze home and rents it from an undisclosed landlord.

Boris and Karina also directly own three properties in and around Atlanta, Georgia : a condo at 3334 Peachtree Road NE in Atlanta; a 6-bedroom house at 2195 Blackheath Trace in Alpharetta; and a 5-bedroom lakeside home at 1055 Carnoustie Lane in Alpharetta, featuring a swimming pool and a motorboat dock.

Boris’ son from an earlier marriage, Roman—who is also subject to U.S. and Canadian sanctions— is linked to a home at 46 Cadogan Lane in Belgravia, London. According to British property records, the home is owned by Cyprus-based Loktan Services Limited, which purchased it for nearly $7 million in 2007. A representative for Rotenberg did not immediately respond to a request for comment. It also includes a kitchen, wine cellar, tasting room, and acres of woodland and fields populated by black swans, sheep, goats, deer, donkeys, geese, ducks and a pony. Palm Beach International Boat Show |

PBIBS draws in thousands of visitors from across the world, who use the international airport for quick and convenient connections. The show highlights some of the region's greatest vessels from American and international shipyards, both for sale and for charter around the Florida Keys, the Bahamas, Bermuda and the Caribbean. Monaco Grand Prix |

The Monaco Grand Prix has been held annually since 1929, in the Principality of Monaco. It is a Formula One race which is considered to be one of the most important and prestigious races anywhere in the world.

The Grand Prix race uses the actual city streets of Monte Carlo and La Condamine, which are specially prepared in advance. The cars race down right past the moored super yachts in Monaco harbour. The narrow course is made up of several tight corners, elevation shifts making it the most dangerous and demanding track still used for Formula One motor racing.

The Cannes Film Festival |

The Cannes Film Festival , which takes place in Cannes , France, around May every year, is the most famous film festival in the world. This is the one hotspot event of the world where film stars and the rich and famous congregate around beautiful luxury yachts. It is also the only one where private charter yachts serve as luxury accommodation, floating offices and entertainment and party centers.

Normally a luxury yacht will berth right in the inner harbour, along side the Palais des Festivals Cannes, without leaving its berth - although berths are at a premium for the event and authority is required from the port many months in advance. At the old port the sheer size and number of yachts, in such close proximity, makes the port of Cannes seem like a hotel for luxury yachts. This is where many of the VIPs stay and many of the private parties and private deals take place.

Experience the ultimate Cannes Film Festival accommodation aboard your own staffed luxury yacht. Ideal for either private individuals to corporate or large groups. Relax in the very proximate Cannes harbour and enjoy the finest wine food and service.
