Attended a retirement party on the sister ship Party Yacht Majorca, crew was very nice, yacht was very clean and had lots of room for guests, cruised out and around Long Beach harbor for about 3 hours nice smooth trip since you are inside the breakwater. Goes over by the Queen Mary and back to it the berth. Fun way to spend an afternoon with friends or family.

I really enjoyed celebrating my birthday and retirement with family and friends! The captain and crew were awesome!

Party yet located here at 555 Pico Ave. in Long Beach at the Queens Warf area for 55. This boat is humongous. Super clean has style class has a few decks. It's very big very great boat to have a party at have a wedding reception sweet 16 a day boo right here this boat right here's nice super big super clean. Don't miss the party. Location has plenty of parking. They rent it out so I mean you can come out here in Long Beach Queens Warf Bar 55 super big check them out.

The largest concentration of marinas and yacht parking areas in Mallorca are on the south coast, along the bay of Palma , the capital of the island, as well as in Andratx and the coves of Pelença and Alcúdia in the north and northeast. On the east of the island, between Cala Ratjada and Cala Figuera , there is also some sea infrastructure, but not as much as in the south and north. On the island’s west coast, there are even fewer berthing options for skippers; the natural harbor at Puerto de Sóller offers the only places to park a yacht on the western part of the island. In and around Palma de Mallorca , there are the marinas at Muelle Pelairs on the Paseo Maritimo, the Muelle San Pedro at the Puerto de Portixol, the Club Maritim Molinar de Llevant at the Paseo de Cala Gamba, and in Ca’n Pastilla, El Arenal (Llucmajor), Palma Nova, Portals Nous (Calvià), Portals Vells, Port Adriano, Santa Ponsua and places for guests in the Puerto de Andratx . There is also parking for sailboats and motorboats further east, by the Club Nautico de Sa Rapita, in the Colonia de Sant Jordi, on the Cala Figuera, in Portopetro, Porto Colom, Porto Criston as well as in Cala Bona and Cala Rajada. In the Bay of Alcudia, mentioned above, there are marinas in Colonia San Pedro, Ca’n Picafort, in the Port of Alcudia itself, and in the nearby Bay of Pollença in the town of Puerto de Bonaire , as well as in the harbor of the city. On the northwest coast, there are only protected places for nighttime yacht parking but there are also some nice daytime spots at Puerto de Sóller, on the Cala de sa Calobra, and the Cala Tuent . Though the Port de Mallorca in the sailing region is first and foremost known for its exciting regattas like the Copa del Rey, the Palmavela, and the Trofeo SAR Princesa Isla , private skippers can find nice anchoring places at Bendinat and the Isla de Paso, as well as by the Playa de Palmanova . On the southwest coast, the best-kept secret is to anchor at San Telmo . There, you not only will find a nice place to leave your yacht, but also restaurants with waterfront settings. The Cala Pi on the southeast coast is also very nice, but can quickly become crowded. The northeast coast, in turn, is known for anchoring spots for islands more to the west, such as Aucanada and the gorgeous beaches of Cala del Pinar by Punta Negra. In general, the weather on the island is hot in the summer and mild in the winter, primarily with winds from the southwest and a good 300 days of sunshine per year. Summer storms are a normal occurrence, with wind strength around an eight but without dramatic losses in barometric pressure. In large bays and by the mountainous coasts, the winds often prevail as land and sea breezes and are quite nice. The strongest currents are around two knots to the NNW, towards to Channel of Menorca, but otherwise stay around one or 1.5 knots. In the springtime, the water level changes by less than 0.2 meters, but can drop up to two meters several times an hour in some ports, due to Scirocco winds.

Every year, bathers drown on Mallorca. The lifeguards have a lot to do and protest about being overworked and understaffed. Now they could get technical help.

Lifeguard Marcos Ruiz had to intervene several times this summer on Mallorca to rescue holidaymakers who often didn't even know how much danger they were in. In most cases, the current drove the swimmers into the open sea. Some of them took a carefree nap on air mattresses.

These careless and sometimes drunk people are lucky that Ruiz and Co. usually recognize the danger in time and react. But despite all the experience and efforts of the beach "guardian angels", tourists and locals continue to drown off the coast of the Spanish Mediterranean island every year.

According to a recent report by the Spanish Association of Lifeguards Aetsas, there were 24 fatal drowning accidents in the Balearic Islands this year up to the end of August, the majority of which - 18 - occurred in Mallorca. The lifeguards have a lot to do and have been protesting for a long time to achieve improvements.

Fewer accidents, better monitoring

Among other things, they are calling for the hours of beach surveillance to be extended into the evening and also to the months of March and November. More staff are needed for this, they say. Support should initially come from the technical side. Drones are to be used in future to reduce the number of accidents.

Such a device is being tested in the municipality of Santanyí in the east of Mallorca: the tests have been carried out by the Valencia-based company General Drones since the end of August and will continue until September 26. The flying object can not only help swimmers in distress. "We can also film boats that don't follow the rules. This allows the police to issue tickets later," says company boss Adrián Plazas.

Ruiz welcomes the project: "If it's of any use, we'll gladly accept it," he tells the news agency dpa. But he also expresses skepticism. "On the one hand, you have to weigh up the costs that could be used to pay for other things. And on the other hand, the technology could fail. I wouldn't want to rely on it 100 percent."

Drones have loudspeakers and life jackets

Plazas emphasizes the advantages of his drones. "We can fly them up to six kilometers. In consultation with the police, we are always at different parts of the beach," he says. The drone has a loudspeaker. "Our pilot speaks Spanish and English. This allows him to make announcements. Theoretically, we could also play recordings in other languages."

Two life jackets are also attached to the aircraft, which can be dropped in an emergency. So far, this has not been necessary during the tests on the coast of Santanyí. "We have been offering our service in Valencia since 2017. Last year, the life jackets were dropped 16 times in extreme situations," says Plazas.

Rescue in high waves

The most dangerous scene during the tests on the island involved a family who had ventured too close to a rocky section of the coast in high waves. "A high wave could have washed them into the sea. We told them over the loudspeaker to keep their distance." In general, the drone is ideal for areas that are difficult for the police to access.

Other municipalities in Mallorca have expressed their interest. These include the city of Palma, which is responsible for the Ballermann and has announced that it wants to make the beach "intelligent". In addition to a new app for renting parasols and sun loungers, video surveillance and drones are to be introduced.

The fatal accident at Cala Bona - like Santanyí on the east coast of the island - showed just how important better monitoring of shipping on Mallorca is. According to the authorities, a yacht driven by Germans was traveling far too fast and ran over a small fishing boat. A 20-year-old Mallorcan fisherman died as a result. The investigation is ongoing.

Small boats, which can be rented and driven without a license, and jet skis also cause a lot of trouble on Mallorca, as the rules are often disregarded. Many drive too fast and through the bathing zones marked with buoys, where they are not allowed at all.

The main salon area features a spacious tatami bed that can accommodate small groups for cozy gatherings. You can also find comfortable sofas, tea tables and bar tables for dining or entertainment purposes. A large dance floor with 8 powerful JBL speakers and a separate cylinder subwoofer creates a dynamic sound environment. Two 65″ flat screens are able to play slideshows or videos from iphone or ipad. A service bar and buffet table are located in the rear area, along with flexible space for extra food or seating needs. All power outlets come with USB ports, so you can charge your phone anywhere on the yacht.

A:Parking is onsite, free of charge, just do not park at those spaces marked with limited hours. Overnight parking is ok. Charter bus is accessible.

Q:Can I play videos or slideshows on the TV ?

A: Yes, we can stream videos or photos from Iphone or Ipad

A: Usually not, the yacht is capable for harbor cruise even it’s raining, the lower level is 100% waterproof, you will stay dry and comfy.

Q: What if the weather is too cold or too hot, does the boat come with AC and heater?

A: The main level comes with AC and heater, it is comfy in any weather conditions. Upper level is partially open environment, just like an open patio in the middle of water

Q: I’m sensitive with motion sickness, will I get seasick while the yachtt is cruising

A: Not really, the yacht is doing harbor cruise, which is always inside breakwater, therefore it’s pretty steady, most of the time you don’t feel any movement, it only happens for a few seconds while there is other boat passing through in close range

Q: What is your cancelation policy, can I book it then cancel it anytime without penalty?

A: Unfortunately not.Please be 100% sure before you make the reservation,if you decide to cancel, the minimal penalty is 50% of the entire charter price, or you will lose the deposit you paid, which is 50% as well. However, we do allow 1 time rescheduling for free, requires 7 days or more notice.

A: No, all guests except underaged must have the same open bar packages, in terms of open bar situation. We recommend cash bar service in case of many of your guests do not drink alcohols

Q: I’d like to pay for all my guests’ drinks on cash bar, is that ok ? I’d like to pre purchase certain amount of drinks from cash bar , how should I do it ?

A: Yes, you may open a tab with bartender so that all guests order will bill to you. Yes, you may buy drink tickets from the bar then hand over to your guests

Q: What is the payment form at the bar ? Can I swipe credit card ?

A: We accept cash, zelle, venmo, apple pay, cash app etc. And yes, we take credit card as well.

Q: Are tips included ? What is the 15% service fee for in terms of food and open bar orders ?

A: No. gratuities are not included in open bar or cash bar prices . The 15% service fee is to cover food and bar setup, event supplies and staff base salaries.

My girlfriend and I were looking to throw a great “boat party” and found Kevin & OnBoat crew online. Throughout the entire process, Kevin was extremely accessible and pleasant. He even helped move his boat closer to us so that our group could easily attend. When we arrived, the staff was extremely nice and welcoming. We had a bartender, Roman, who ended up spicing up the party while serving guests drinks. There was music playing the whole time, on both floors. We had a group of ~60 people and there was plenty of space. The party was a huge success. Each and every one of our guests thanked us for having them aboard. 10/10!

Best venue for my wife’s B day party, the yacht is very spacoius for 60 guests, the speakers are making ground quake, bartenders are mingled with us very well, the whole team is professional,respectful, I strongly recommend this yacht and the team, it is so much fun for a big group considering the price you paid, best value

Captain Seth and his crew were FANTASTIC!! I couldn’t have asked for anything more for my birthday!! The yacht itself was gorgeous, the crew was accommodating an fantastic. We held a birthday party and ordered the full Ibiza bar for our guests. There were two bartenders one ‘experienced’ and one who said it was their first day. The new bartender worked diligently, whereas the ‘experienced’ bartender kept complaining to my guests. She began to complain to my guests that they weren’t making enough and when people didn’t increase their tips, told the trainee to not pour as fast.

Captain and rest of crew were great.

I had a great time celebrating my birthday and retirement party last night. Everyone enjoyed themselves.

I threw my husband a surprise 30th birthday party on the yacht and it was amazing! We had about 60 people and it was super comfortable. Many friends have motion sickness but it was not a problem on this boat. The crew was AMAZING and the price is unbeatable! Found a DJ that worked on this boat before and the vibes were immaculate! Highly recommend!

We had my daughter’s wedding reception aboard Ibiza. Captain Mogul did an awesome job of piloting us around the Long Beach Harbor area. Bar manager Sandy was terrific with her cocktails, drinks and great personality. Deckhands Gabriel and Jose made sure everything was in order during our yacht cruise. Stewards Tanner and Miles made sure all the food was properly placed and passed out to our guests.

It was a wonderful experience under the “Harvest Moon” on September 29th, 2023. I’m sure all that attended will remember this wedding reception for the rest of their lives.
