Charter Bistango Yacht, 62m Benetti, in the Mediterranean this summer

Bistango, the brand new 62m Benetti Motor Yacht, will be available in the Mediterranean this summer for her maiden charter season. Bistango is in the final stages of construction at the Italian shipyard in Livorno, Italy.

With an exterior designed by Stefano Natucci, she holds a confident aesthetic with comfortable accommodation for 12 guests. The interior holds a classical and refined edge with statues and gilded wooden effects to give a unique element of class. This amazing superyacht boasts a large master suite, three double cabins with a twin on the lower deck plus one VIP cabin held on the bridge deck for those who wish to view the oceans raw scope from a position of luxury.

Bistango is currently in its final stages of construction at the Livorno Shipyard in preparation for its charter debut. Bistango holds a wide range of luxuries on board from a gym and piano room, a Turkish bath and an elevator linking all decks. All held on its solid steel hull and aluminium superstructure, giving it comfort, stability and safety alongside a smoother and more streamlined cruising experience at a max speed of 16 knots.

Bistango’s captain, Tony Griffiths, holds around 18 years in marine experience alongside an experienced crew of 14 who are preparing to charter and navigate the luxury motor yacht toward any desirable destination. The highly refined yacht will be open for charter after its release for the sum of EU 350,000 per week during high season and EU 329,000 at any other time of charter.

Benetti superyacht Bistango sold

The 62 metre motor yacht Bistango is sold with Michael Mahan and David Westwood at Worth Avenue Yachts  teaming up with Jamie MacGregor at Macgregor Yachts to complete the deal.

Built in steel and aluminium by Italian yard Benetti to a design by Stefano Natucci , _Bistango _was delivered in 2010. ABS classed and MCA compliant, her interior was designed by Studio Massari to accommodate 12 guests in six cabins consisting of a master suite, VIP suite, three doubles and a twin, all with en suite bathroom facilities.

Features on this yacht for sale include a four deck elevator, a Turkish bath, a large tender garage which doubles as a beach club and a heli pad. Timeless styling, beautiful furnishings and sumptuous seating featured throughout her living areas create an elegant and comfortable atmosphere. Bistango 's impressive leisure and entertainment facilities make her ideal for socializing and entertaining with family and friends. Twin 12V 4000 M60 MTU engines give her a cruising speed of 14 knots and a range of 6,500 nautical miles at 12 knots.

Committed to a refit at the Lusben Yard in Livorno, Italy, her work will be completed on July 1st and she will then be available for charter in the western Mediterranean.

Boat description.

Benetti Bistango is a 63-meter impressive yacht entirely built in steel and aluminum. Since it is a cruising yacht, the interior has been carefully designed in order to ensure on-board maximum space and comfort without neglecting the design, perfectly adjusted to the owner's needs. It features a roll-bar strong structure completed of spars, while the hull is provided with round port-holes inside the ship owner's cabin in order to enjoy bigger brightness. It has a four cabin-layout connected by a lift while on the sun deck, the full-beam roll-bar is provided with an air-conditioned gym and a Turkish bathroom. In the bow there is a sunbathing area reachable by two lateral hallways and provided with a swimming pool, sofas and beach chairs, while in the stern there is a large skylounge hollding up to 12 people and provided with a round table with an awning and a baby grand piano which can be turned into self-playing mode. It is possible to use this area thanks to its spaciousness. Besides, it is possible to turn the solarium in an helicopter’s landing field. The ship owner’s cabin is provided with a sofa usable in different ways and it is enriched by many svarowski cristals embedded in the black laquer furniture. The Vip cabin is in the skylounge forwad area and provided with wide windows. In the lower dek there are four guests cabins. The astern ones are bigger than forward ones and supplied with double beds. All they have the same crocodile pattern on grey and brown walls. The interior is characterized for a classic style both inside the relaxing area and the sleeping area. It is highlighted by moulding representing golden leafs, decorative columns and classic design tables. Besides this, there are also works of art and lamps enriched by crystals, brass and stones inlays. Likewise, inner covering is extremely elegant thanks to different marbles, root-woods and leathers; the latter is also used in walls cabins by following a crocodile pattern. Finally, carpeting with a geometric pattern marks out saloon flooring. Benetti Bistango is equipped with two 1.800 HP Mtu engines which enables to reach a full speed of 16 knots and a cruising one of 12 knots with an autonomy of 5.000 nautical miles. It is also provided with an ultra-modern stabilization system in order to reduce the rolling effect by increasing comfort during navigation.

Built with a steel hull and aluminium superstructure, she offers greater on-board space and is more stable when at anchor thanks to her full-displacement hull. Powered by twin MTU engines, she comfortably cruises at 14 knots, reaches a maximum speed of 16 knots with a range of up to 7,000 nautical miles from her 150,000 litre fuel tanks at 12 knots. An advanced stabilisation system on board reduces the side-to-side roll of the yacht and promises guests exceptional comfort levels at anchor or when underway.

Equipped with an extensive selection of action-packed water toys Sorrento lets you and your guests turn the Mediterranean into your own private playground. Guests can feel the wind in their hair and jump the waves on one of the four SeaDoo WaveRunners. Additionally, there are towable toys offering fun and adventure. Also there are waterskis that are hugely entertaining whether you are a beginner or a seasoned pro. Bistango yacht (new zeland).

For more than over one hundred years, Mariner has worked hand in hand with the most renowned architects, interior designers, decorators and international shipyards to make a variety of “turnkey” projects come to life. Thanks to this experience, know-how and love of the sea, a few decades ago Mariner created a division dedicated to the decoration of luxury yachts, something which has allowed them to develop a large amount of international projects. In 1971, Mariner decorated its first yacht for a shipyard in Auckland with the emblematic Versalles collection, converting a vessel of over 100 m in length into an authentic floating palace.

During all of these years carrying out projects for luxury boats, Mariner has gained a wealth of unique and specialised experience in designing and implementing projects, giving each one a touch of style and luxury whilst meeting the needs and tastes of the client.

Amongst the projects that have been carried out in the last few years, the work on the Bistango yacht, made by the Italian shipyard Benetti at the end of 2012, particularly stands out. For this project, Mariner used the Neva collection with sycamore overlay and bronze decoration in a shiny gold finish, completed with delicate Swarosvski crystals, created exclusively for Mariner.

Exiled russian oligarch’s 257’ superyacht amaryllis seen towed through palm beach.

The 257’ superyacht Amaryllis apparently owned by exiled Russian oligarch Andrey Borodin was towed past Palm Beach, FL on Friday morning, according to a visual account by CorpGov .

The yacht, whose owner is frequently cited as Mr. Borodin by enthusiast publications, moved slowly through the Lake Worth lagoon where bridges were raised for its passage. A towboat with flashing lights about 150 feet ahead pulled the Amaryllis , built by German shipyard Abeking & Rasmussen in 2011.

While CorpGov could not officially confirm Mr. Borodin as the owner of the vessel, his wife, socialite Tatiana Korsakova, has posted dozens of Instagram photos and videos aboard the Amaryllis. A yacht broker interviewed by CorpGov confirmed that Ms. Korsakova is indeed aboard the Amaryllis in the photos and videos.

The sighting comes as billions of dollars in Russian-owned yachts have been seized around the world as a result of international sanctions. CNN has published an extensive list of seized vessels, which were taken in harbor cities including Mallorca, Spain and London.

However, it is unclear if the Amaryllis was being seized or voluntarily towed. Very large yachts often choose to be towed because bridges are required to raise for them, according to the yacht broker.

The former Bank of Moscow chief was granted political asylum in the UK in February 2013 after fleeing what he alleged to be politically-motivated fraud and embezzlement charges. Mr. Borodin would go on to be tried and convicted in abstentia in Russian Court in 2018, but not before managing to enlist a number of prominent American lawmakers to lobby Washington for a U.S. visa. Despite Russian extradition requests to the UK government, Borodin’s controversial attempts to make large donations to the NHS, and the uncovering of an assassination plot against his life, the fugitive banker remains overseas, having been granted access to his Swiss bank accounts and having made several notable London real estate purchases during his time in exile.

Mr. Borodin is widely listed as a billionaire, but his total wealth remains difficult to confirm accurately, with the governments of Switzerland and the Bahamas having been asked to help the Russian government in its legal case. In 2012, Borodin purchased the UK’s then-most expensive home, an 80-hectare 18th-century estate in Oxfordshire, for upwards of $217 million. In 2017 he was granted access to personal Swiss accounts holding a reported $378 million. The Amaryllis was purchased for a reported $120 million.

Mr. Borodin did not immediately respond to an emailed query from CorpGov , while the FBI declined to comment. An emailed query to The Department of Homeland Security was not returned.
