This 2021 Adonia 75×18 houseboat, located in Antelope Point Marina Dry Storage, offers a luxurious escape. Share #13 is available with trip dates from August 26th to September 1st for the 2024 season. Annual dues are $4,900, and the turn-around fee is $1,740 per use.
Accommodating up to 20 people, the boat features 8 rooms, including 2 master suites, 4 staterooms, and 2 kids’ cuddy cabins. The yacht is equipped with central air conditioning and heating, a full galley with custom cabinets and countertops, and multiple entertainment systems, including a 60″ HD/LED TV with surround sound. The upper deck boasts a breakfast bar, additional sleeping areas, and a complete helm with navigation equipment.
Additional amenities include a rear deck slide with a water pump, two PWC ramps, long-range fuel tanks, a commercial ice maker, washer/dryer combo, and extensive outdoor furnishings. Powered by twin diesel Mercruiser 180 HP engines with Bravo II drives and supported by two diesel generators, this houseboat ensures a comfortable and memorable experience on the water.

After being in the houseboat design, manufacturing, service and remodel business for over 18 years with a number of manufacturing partnerships, Dave Taylor decided to take all steps of the manufacturing business into his own hands and opened a state-of-the-art 60,000-square-foot manufacturing facility in St. George, Utah.
