These guys are not ethical

These guys are not ethical. They ask for photographs of your credit card. This is in total breach of any ethical card management policy. Avoid. Company think from their response i am in some may misunderstood. No, this is still not an ethical card processing policy. Other organizations the world over don't expose their clients to this instead they use double secure or have a card processor with fraud preventions capabilities.

Booked a yacht for my 40th birthday on the 26th January. Had an incredible day, the guys on board were excellent and couldn't do enough for us to ensure we enjoyed the day. Lunch was excellent , a delicious BBQ. Would highly recommend. Thanks Guys for a memorable day

Guys on boat couldnt have been anymore…

Guys on boat couldnt have been anymore helpful and nice, toilet doors didnt close over properly or lock and boat was a bit poor in places ripped leather seats etc. We where promised fruit platters and recieved none either.

Great Experience

I had a great experience using Gold's Yachts. They proved to be a very professional company to deal with. The boat was very clean and had all amenities, but the best thing was the level of customer experience was excellent. The crew were very attentive and anticipated everything we wanted. Great communication

Fantastic communication throughout the booking process with Sergio, who helped us to find the yacht that suited our capacity etc. On the day, it was very unfortunate as the boat party before us were checked for Emirates IDs by coast guards and our boat came into the marina 45 minutes later than scheduled because of this. It was hot and sweaty waiting around but the captain allowed us to wait on the neighbouring boat while we waited. The company gave us a discount because of this unfortunate situation and dealt with it well. A gift bag was also left on the boat and this was kept and securely handed over. Overall we had a great time on the boat, thank you!

Gold Yachts was the perfect go to for any occasion!

Gold Yachts was the perfect go to for a romantic day/evening. We loved being able to relax, eat snacks and dance playing our own music while watching the sunset. I recommend a 3 hour slot. It goes by so fast and you’re sad to see it’s over. We loved every second. ❤️

2. How is the booking process going?

We confirm the booking with either full payment or a 50% deposit, with the remaining 50% payable upon arrival. Deposit can be paid by multiple payment methods, after we send you the official quotation. For the booking confirmation of the yacht, you need to secure it by a down payment by deposit.

3. How to choose a charter yacht in UAE?

What size and model, facilities, who are the crew? Knowing where to start, what options are available, and what to consider when chartering a yacht can seem not an easy task. The minimum order for yacht rental in Dubai is 3 hours. However, we recommend renting not less than 4-5 hours to get the best yachting experience.

5. What are yacht activities available onboard?

High season refers to the most popular weeks of the year for a yacht charter in Dubai. The most popular and expensive season in UAE – starts from September till May. Fuel is included in the basic. But if you prefer to move a bit further than along the Dubai Jumeirah coastline, the fuel cost will be charged extra. The chef will always advise that you do not have a choice of meals if you have indicated in your preference sheet that members of your charter party have food allergies or will only eat specific produce, no matter the reason.
