The motor yacht TACANUYA is a 57 metre 187 (ft) sizeable aluminium superyacht which was by Swiftships and designed from the design board of Grant Robinson. Sleeping 12 passengers and 10 professional crew, motor yacht TACANUYA is ex 409 Intrepid; Swiftship; Defiance; M.D. Tacanuya. The naval architect who actualised this yacht's design for this ship is Grant Robinson. Moreover, her interior styling is created by Susan Puleo.

Construction & Naval Architecture with respect to Luxury Yacht TACANUYA

Grant Robinson was the naval architect involved in the formal nautical design work for TACANUYA. Her interior design was completed by Susan Puleo. Grant Robinson is also associated with the yacht general design work for this boat. In 1992 she was formally launched to celebration in Morgan City La and following sea trials and detailing was thereafter passed on to the yacht owner. Swiftships completed their new build motor yacht in the United States. A fairly large feeling is achieved with a widest beam (width) of 9.39 metres or 30.8 ft. With a 2.44m (8ft) draught (maximum depth) she is reasonably shallow. The material aluminium was used in the building of the hull of the motor yacht. Her superstructure over the hull is created from aluminium. In 1997 further refit work and modernisation was additionally performed.

The Propulsion Type & Engines For M/Y TACANUYA:

Installed with two CATERPILLAR diesel main engines, TACANUYA is able to reach a top speed of 24 knots. Her propulsion units are twin screw propellers. She also has an economical range of 4500 miles when underway at her cruise speed of 18 knots. Her total HP is 5600 HP and her total Kilowatts are 4121. With respect to the ship’s stabalisers she uses Vosper.

Scontro tra yacht a Ponza, danni alle imbarcazioni: indaga la Capitaneria di Porto

Due yacht si sono scontrati ieri pomeriggio verso le 14,30 nella rada di Ponza . Un incidente che non ha avuto fortunatamente conseguenze negative per le persone a bordo, scosse per quanto accaduto ma fondamentalmente illese. Due di loro, due turisti inglesi, non si sono nemmeno accorti del momento dell'impatto, accorgendosene solo successivamente quando gli yacht si sono dovuti necessariamente fermare per la conta dei danni. Le imbarcazioni, infatti, hanno riportato danni, una delle quali soprattutto alla prua. Non è chiaro come i due mezzi siano entrati in collisione. Le indagini sono attualmente in corso per appurare la dinamica dell'incidente e accertare eventuali responsabilità (sopratutto alla luce degli ingenti danni economici riportati dagli yacht).

Secondo quanto riportato da Il Messaggero, l'imbarcazione danneggiata in modo più significativo batte bandiera inglese. L'altra, che ha riportato danni più contenuti, batte invece bandiera delle isole Marshall, ed era stata noleggiata. Quella battente bandiera inglese ha riportato danni seri soprattutto alla prua, rimasta schiacciata dopo essersi scontrata con l'altra imbarcazione.

Sul posto sono arrivati i militari della Capitaneria di Porto e la Guardia Costiera , per fare luce sulla dinamica e capire come i due yacht siano potuti entrare in collisione. Un incidente che fortunatamente non ha avuto gravi conseguenze per le persone a bordo, e che ha sì danneggiato le barche, ma non in modo da rappresentare un pericolo per l'incolumità dei passeggeri. Tutte le persone a bordo sono state ascoltate dagli investigatori, in modo da fare luce sulla vicenda.

Ponza, collisione tra due yacht: danni e paura, ma nessun ferito

Poteva avere conseguenze ben più gravi lo scontro tra due yacht avvenuto nella rada di Ponza, una collisione accidentale nella quale uno dei due scafi ha riportato danni alla prua. A bordo c’erano turisti inglesi che si sono accorti dell’impatto ma che non hanno riportato alcuna conseguenza fisica.

L’incidente è avvenuto intorno alle 14.30. Lo scafo rimasto danneggiato batteva bandiera inglese, mentre lo yacht più grande, che non ha invece riportato danni significativi, batteva bandiera delle isole Marshall ed era a noleggio. Sul posto si sono portati gli uomini della Capitaneria di Porto-Guardia costiera per constatare i danni ai due natanti e valutare eventuali responsabilità. Fortunatamente il danneggiamento è avvenuto oltre la linea di galleggiamento.

L’unità da diporto si trova attualmente ormeggiata presso un cantiere navale di Ponza per le riparazioni del caso. Un incidente fortuito e non del tutto raro nelle acque pontine: a Ponza si concentrano decine di barche di tutte le dimensioni ogni giorno e può capitare un errore di distrazione, ma che di certo costerà caro a chi dovrà far fronte al risarcimento dei danni.

Equipped with ice-breaking technology, these huge fancy yachts are the only river cruisers running all year around. The round trip journey takes two and a half hours and floats past all the big sights like the White House, Novodevichy monastery and the Kremlin. There’s a large open air observation deck up top, while the main body of the ship houses a restaurant with a dance floor for a romantic post dinner dance. For a particularly romantic experience take one of the evening boats and admire the bright lights of the city skyline at night.

The most relaxing and picturesque tour that Moscow can offer: a great way to see the city center and its main attractions. This is a perfect alternative to exploring the city by car, if you only have time to do sightseeing during weekday rush hours.

The 60m/196'10" motor yacht 'Tacanuyaso M S' was built by CRN in Italy at their Ancona shipyard. Her interior is styled by design house Jean-Louis Mainguy and she was completed in 2008. This luxury vessel's exterior design is the work of Zuccon.

Tacanuyaso M S has been designed to comfortably accommodate up to 18 guests in 9 suites. She is also capable of carrying up to 38 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.

Range & Performance

Tacanuyaso M S is built with a steel hull and aluminium superstructure, with teak decks. Powered by twin diesel Caterpillar (3516B) 2,679hp engines, she comfortably cruises at 16 knots, reaches a maximum speed of 17 knots with a range of up to 4,606 nautical miles from her 120,000 litre fuel tanks at 12 knots. Her water tanks store around 30,000 Litres of fresh water. She was built to Lloyds Register classification society rules, and is MCA Compliant.

L’imbarcazione, di proprietà di Mike Lynch e della moglie Angela Baccares, è naufragata intorno alle 4 di lunedì 19 agosto, trascinando in acqua le 22 persone a bordo: 12 passeggeri e 10 membri dell'equipaggio. In quindici si sono salvati, mentre sono subito iniziate le ricerche per trovare i dispersi: i corpi senza vita sono stati recuperati nelle ore e nei giorni successivi. Il bilancio finale è di sette vittime. Ecco chi sono

• Intorno alle 4 del mattino di lunedì 19 agosto, una tromba d'aria e un temporale hanno colpito la zona di Santa Flavia, nel mare di Bagheria. Il Bayesian, una barca a vela di 56 metri battente bandiera del Regno Unito, con scafo e sovrastruttura in alluminio e ponti in teak, è affondato in pochi minuti mentre era in rada a Porticello (Palermo). L’imbarcazione - di proprietà di Mike Lynch e della moglie Angela Baccares - ha trascinato in acqua le 22 persone a bordo: 12 passeggeri e 10 membri dell'equipaggio

• Quindici persone sono state salvate subito dopo il naufragio , mentre altre sette sono state date per disperse. I superstiti sono: James Emsilie e la moglie Charlotte Golunski, entrambi di 35 anni, con la figlia Sophia di un anno; Angela Baccares, 57 anni, inglese, moglie dell'imprenditore britannico Mike Lynch (a bordo anche lui, ma non sopravvissuto); Sasha Murray, 29 anni, irlandese; Myin Htun Kyaw, 39 anni, del Myanmar; Matthew Griffith, francese di 22 anni; James Calfield, 51 anni, della Nuova Zelanda, comandante della nave

• Ancora, gli altri superstiti : Ayla Ronald, 36 anni, di nazionalità inglese; Matthew Fletcher, 41 anni, anche lui inglese; Koopmans Tus, 33 anni, olandese; Leo Eppel, 20 anni, nato in Sud Africa; Parker Eaton, inglese di 56 anni; Leah Randall, 20 anni, nata in Sud Africa, hostess di bordo dello yacht; Katja Chicken, 22 anni, tedesca, altra hostess. Alcuni dei passeggeri erano dipendenti delle società di Mike Lynch in viaggio premio o suoi amici e collaboratori

• Dopo il naufragio, 7 persone risultavano disperse : sono subito iniziate le ricerche per trovarle e i corpi sono stati recuperati nelle ore e nei giorni successivi. Si tratta di Recaldo Thomas, cuoco di bordo; Jonathan Bloomer, presidente della Morgan Stanley International; sua moglie Anne Elizabeth Judith Bloomer; l'imprenditore britannico Mike Lynch; la figlia Hannah Lynch; il legale di Lynch, Chris Morvillo; sua moglie Neda Morvillo. • Il primo disperso a essere stato trovato senza vita, nella mattinata di lunedì 19 agosto, è stato Recaldo Thomas. Cuoco di bordo , canadese residente ad Antigua, il suo corpo è stato rinvenuto in mare, vicino alla barca affondata. Era l’unico membro dell’equipaggio che mancava all’appello

• Il corpo di Jonathan Bloomer è stato invece trovato mercoledì, dopo che i sub sono riusciti a entrare nell’imbarcazione. Aveva 70 anni e dal 2018 era il presidente di Morgan Stanley International , la controllata con sede a Londra della banca d'affari americana. Era amico di Mike Lynch

• Ha perso la vita a bordo della barca a vela anche Anne Elizabeth Judith Bloomer, la moglie di Jonathan: aveva 71 anni e da anni si dedicava a raccogliere fondi per la ricerca sui tumori ginecologici

• Sempre mercoledì 21 agosto, sempre all’interno del Bayesian, è stato ritrovato il cadavere di Chris Morvillo: era l’avvocato americano di Mike Lynch . È stato proprio Morvillo a seguire Lynch nella causa intentata negli Stati Uniti da Hewlett Packard, a cui il tycoon aveva venduto Autonomy (la società informatica da lui fondata). Nel giugno scorso Lynch era stato scagionato da un tribunale di San Francisco dalle accuse di frode e falso in bilancio

• Ha perso la vita a bordo del Bayesian, e il suo corpo è stato ritrovato il 21 agosto, anche Neda Morvillo: moglie di Chris Morvillo, era una designer di gioielli e viveva a New York

• Il corpo senza vita dell’imprenditore Mike Lynch è invece stato trovato giovedì 22 agosto: era rimasto intrappolato all'interno del Bayesian. Lynch, magnate dell'informatica noto come il “Bill Gates britannico”, aveva 59 anni . Dopo 13 anni di dispute legali, a giugno era stato scagionato dalle accuse di frode e falso in bilancio mosse da Hewlett Packard. Era stata sua l’idea del viaggio in barca nel Mediterraneo con la famiglia e alcuni amici e colleghi

• Venerdì 23 agosto è stata ritrovata senza vita l’ultima dispersa : Hannah Lynch, la figlia 18enne di Mike Lynch e Angela Bacares. È stata descritta come una studentessa modello, che dopo essersi diplomata in una delle scuole più esclusive del Regno Unito - la Latymer Upper School di Hammersmith - si accingeva a entrare a Oxford
