David was a great Captain and host! We had a great day on lake. Spent some time cruising around lake Lanier. Then we enjoyed some time in the water near a sand bar. David took us to a great spot for lunch and then the kids and adults enjoyed tubing the rest of the afternoon. David is a great host and his boat is perfect for adults and kids. Highly recommend for a great experience out on Lake Lanier.

Welcome our newest wake boat to the fleet: the ATX! Powered by a Raptor 400 motor and equipped with the GO and Taps3 system, the ATX is built to impress.

Reserve a tritoon with 150-horsepower outboard. Rentals come with an equipped ski tow bar, which is great for tubing, water skiing, and wakeboarding. Vessel seats 12 guests.

Our 150-horsepower ski boat is great for the whole family. Surf, ski, wakeboard, tube, and kneeboard behind this exciting new rental! The vessel seats 8 guests.

Request a new Yamaha VX Waverunner. This new technology makes on-the-water operation a breeze. Jet ski seats 2 adults.

This 5,600 square foot beautifully landscaped lake front home was designed to entertain multiple families with children who like to have everything available in one location. Swimming pool, spa, bikes, pool table, ping-pong, air hockey, Ms. Pac-man, foosball, and the lake. The house is situated on a point lot overlooking the main lake inside Cuscowilla, a world-class residential golf community.

As you walk thru the front door, you are greeted by views of the lake. The main floor features 10′ high ceilings, wood floors, two master suites with full baths, office, central living area with 50′ plasma (HD) TV, and a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, gas range (six-burner), two ovens, ice maker and two refrigerators. Kitchen utensils, linens and towels are provided. Whether sitting on the covered patio with its wood burning fireplace, or laying out on a lounge chair by the pool, this professionally landscaped home gives you the feeling that nobody else has a house on the lake.

There are four bedrooms upstairs, three full baths, game room with pool table (ping-pong table top), air hockey, pinball, pac-man and a ‘Kids Only’ play area off to the side of the upstairs TV room. If the kids are not outside playing in the water, water skiing, being pulled on an inflatable or riding bikes, you have the option of letting them play upstairs while the adults have a quiet area downstairs to relax. A win-win for everyone.

It is no problem to have an off-site meeting or a corporate retreat. The house has its own conference room that seats 12 comfortably. You can have your meeting, play a round of golf, enjoy the lake with all its amenities and cap off the evening with steaks on the grill. Large Dining room table seats 12 adults comfortably. There are few other houses on the lake designed this way to build those relationships with clients, families, and friends. You will not find a better house on the lake that offers so much under one roof for multiple families to enjoy. Kids have an area to play, adults have an area to enjoy and everyone walks away with great memories.

Can’t wait till next time! This was our second stay. The owner is so easy to work with. The house is fabulous for large groups and the property is unmatched on the lake! The addition of the hammock was a family favorite! Cocktails poolside with the lovely lake view. I loved every minute of our stay!!

Perfect Location-Perfect House! This property is amazing! The pictures do not do it justice. The house was clean and in perfect condition. Libby, the host, is so easy to work with and very helpful. We were a family of 13, ranging in age from 8 to 74. Everyone was entertained and had plenty of space.

50th Wedding Anniversary Celebration The house was located on a beautifully landscaped point of the lake. There were stunning views of sunrises and sunsets. Accommodations were spacious and private with lots of gathering places within and on the property.

Best trip and team retreat EVER! This was an amazing home and a private retreat. We enjoyed this well-manicured home and property for our Real estate team retreat. We will carry these memories with us forever. The owner was amazing and attentive to all our needs.

Boat/Watercraft rentals are available from rental sites on the lake and can also be found by searching different websites. Our watercraft is not available for rent.

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets and smoking is not allowed.

Let this Mediterranean-style, three-story Villa transport you to pure luxury!

The Villa features 12,000 square feet of lake-front living, complete with a private heated or chilled pool (available for an additional cost- ask if available; depends on weather). Located at Lake Oconee inside the community of Harbor Club, the home features lake-front access, a beautiful in-ground pool, a theater area, pool table, 3 kitchens, and so much more! The Villa is perfect for large-scale gatherings as it sleeps up to 24 guests.

As you enter the home, you are welcomed by the beautiful two-story view through the large dining room with seating for 32. The kitchen is fully equip with all cooking essentials including a spacious refrigerator, dishwasher, three microwaves, large six burner stove, double oven, and ice machine, along with solid surface countertops. Additional kitchen spaces are also located on the upper and lower levels of The Villa. Family and friends can visit in the four family room spaces. Each space has smart TVs for streaming movies, along with wireless internet with 300mb speed and 300 channel cable TV.

The home has three master suites, including one handicap accessible suite. The main level boasts two master suites with private baths, and 2 additional bedrooms and bath. If you take the elevator upstairs, the gorgeous views from the owners suite will help you relax and unwind during your getaway. You will also find two more bedrooms with a full bathroom. On the basement level, you will enjoy the pool table room and theater area with a huge 80" screen for enjoying the big game or a late-night movie. Additionally in the basement, there are three bedrooms and three full baths.

The outdoor space of this property does not disappoint! Relax by the property's private pool, while enjoying a meal from the grill in the outdoor kitchen! There is a maximum size dock on the "big water" to enjoy fishing, kayaking, canoeing, boating, and swimming. You can even enjoy marshmallows around the fire pit. For your convenience, we have a three car garage with a refrigerator and laundry room. Everything you need for a big family vacation!

A covenant enforced by security that requires quiet time at 10pm. Any outdoor music or loud noise would have to end at 10pm. 3. Vehicles larger than a SUV or vans are NOT allowed. Parking for 12 cars maximum. 4. No parties, events or weddings are allowed. 12,000 sq ft. home; 3-story; 4 King Beds in the house; 16 total beds on property (ranging from twin to King). Option to play golf in Harbor Club, however, you are required to call the golf shop and make tee time reservation(s). We will not get involved with booking guest tee times.
