Broken inner shellof a hanse 418

Due to grounding, the inner shell of this Hanse 418 partially detached from the hull, making it impossible to continue the journey. The detached adhesive flanges of the inner shell were removed. The inner shell was reconnected to the hull with an angular laminate using the hand lay-up method and then sealed with Top Coat.

Repairing Teak

Broken teak slats can be replaced by us. After one season, the new mouldings will also match in colour.

Reparation of a floor slab

A floor slab in the yacht is being repaired, for which a template must first be created.

Bow Thruster

At these pictures, two different bow thrusters are mounted on yachts. The electronics take up very little space inside the ship.
