As well as a gleaming hull repaint, there is a new extendable passerelle that takes you all the way down to the water where there is a new inflatable platform for beach-club sea-level living. The flybridge has a new circular sunbed that rotates with the sun. Inside you’ll find her guest areas brighter and more welcoming with lighter woods, cream panels and new tapestries.

There’s a new cinema room on the main deck, a redesigned Japanese-style dining room and her gym shares a state-of-the-art MS Sculpt electric muscle stimulator with the massage room. As well as the latest Starlink Wi-Fi throughout and a wheelhouse brimming with the latest technology, she now operates more sustainably with LED lighting throughout, a new engine control room and new generators for lower noise and vibration.

Her unique features remain, like the three-deck sky-lit atrium where the stairs spiral around the main mast, an iconic architectural wonder. You can still indulge your passion for film with the world’s largest outdoor cinema, where movies are projected onto the lower sail so you can watch from the flybridge. Ken Freivokh Design was appointed designers for the world's largest privately owned sailing yacht. The Freivokh team is well advanced with their design work, which includes the external styling and design of the contemporary ultralight interior for this extraordinary yacht. Based on a Perini Navi hull built by Yildiz, with a groundbreaking Dynarig concept developed by Gerry Dijkstra and Partners.

One of the most stunning elements of the interior design is the circular stairway, wrapped around the main mast, which connects all three decks. The main deck hosts a spacious central salon, two studios, an elegant dining area and an aft-cockpit. Brand new TVs throughout and movie projector, new cinema room. Kaleidescape with Netflix and Prime is available in each cabin and there is also Apple TV in four of the guest cabins. Ipod docking stations in all cabins. The Falcon is one of its kind, in many ways and that is largely thanks to its impressively organised deck areas. They have been designed in such a way that one gets great sense of freedom while enjoying the sheer luxury of the Falcon on board. This sense of freedom could be down to the fact that she has many separate dining and entertaining locations spread out across two spacious decks – both exterior and interior. Formal dining – Located on the main deck, the dining lounge exudes elegance and can be exquisitely presented to create the perfect setting for an indulgent dining experience. Upper deck dining – Aft on the upper deck is a large area suited for a cooler dining experience on a hot summers day. You and your guests can enjoy a buffet-style lunch before slipping into the sea. MALTESE FALCON offers luxurious interiors and accommodation for up to 12 guests in six cabins. Her spacious lounge with bar and piano, opening to the main deck aft’s al fresco dining and seating areas, offers a great place for social gathering. You will enjoy her brand new cinema room and office, and forward is the main dining room, which can comfortably welcome up to 12 guests.

On the lower deck, you will find the full-beam master suite with a dressing room, a separate bath and shower room en suite, and private access to the gym and the massage area. Four double cabins can also convert into two extra VIP cabins.

On the bridge deck, the VIP cabin offers direct access to a private deck with a dining and relaxing area, where you can enjoy the outdoor cinema under the stars, projected onto the lower sail.

You can watch your favorites outside on the largest outdoor cinema featured on any yacht.

In its six cabins, including a full-beam master cabin, a VIP suite, and four double cabins, the Falcon can accommodate up to 12 guests.

A crew of 19 is on board to cater to guests’ every need. Legendary yacht designer Ken Freivokh styled both the interior and exterior.

This yacht has the perfect mix of both high-tech and functional designs making it one of the most progressive sailing yachts in the world.

Specifications

Built-in 2006 by builder Perini Navi and refitted in 2016, this yacht is an impressive 88 meters (289 feet) long with a beam of 12.9 meters (42 feet) and a gross tonnage of 1,110.

Constructed of steel and aluminum with 2 x Deutz TBD 620 engines, she has a cruising speed of 14 knots and a draft of 6 meters (20 feet).

Her speed at max power is 19.5 knots. The sail area of this incredible yacht is 2,400 m² (25,791 ft²).

The three self-standing rotating masts host fifteen sails that can all be controlled by a single sailor.

This means that under the good wind, record-breaking speeds can be achieved, and she has a range of 3,000 nautical miles.

Known to be a harbinger in yacht design, this three-masted schooner is one of the largest sailing yachts in the world and was the first to integrate the ‘Falcon Rig,’ which is now renowned. The yacht has a timeless square-rigger appearance.

Despite its classic look, it is twice as efficient as its forerunners. The MALTESE FALCON yacht has been recognized as a triumph not just in design but in innovation as well.

The toys and tenders she boasts include a jetski with Flyboard, several open and closed tenders, stand-up paddleboards, wakeboards, water slides, and an anti-jellyfish sea pool, among many others. There is no shortage of ways to have fun while aboard.
