Our charter was with Zuri3 and our Captain Andre and First Mate Jana made our trip amazing! They made sure everything was taken care and treated us like royalty. Louis was great from beginning to end and walked me through the whole process. He helped me find a great boat that fit within our time and cost preferences. He explained the differences between the different builds and the pros and cons. Once we selected the boat, he explained and walked me through the whole booking process and answered all my questions. Finally, he checked in with me before, during, and after the charter to make sure everything met our expectations. I can’t recommend Louis enough if you are planning a charter, and I will definitely be in touch for our next trip!

Los vestuarios y baños muy buenos abiertos 24hs, en la marina hay bares, restaurante y estacionamiento para vehículos.

Accommodation

She can host up to 12 guests in her six impresive five-star cabins. Unlike other yachts, S/Y Corsario has two main cabins (Master & VIP) along with other two twin and two double bed cabins. There is also an additional cabin in case group has a nanny or masseuse. 

Every cabin on the yacht is equiped with WiFi, air conditioning system, SONY Smart TV with BOSE soundsystem and safe box. There is also a floor heating in Master and VIP cabin.

Her exterior makes her perfect yacht for ultimate relaxation. With 4 separate lounge areas, each guest can find their quiet corner to indulge their sense into beauties of Croatian sea, nature and sunsets. 

On the aft main deck, there is another dining table for 12 guests along with two sunbeds for relaxation. Front main deck also has two large sunbeds where guests can enjoy sunbathing after their swim time. 

The most attractive part is on the upper deck where along with two large lounge areas there is also Finnish sauna, dayhead and jacuzzi.

There were some good laughs. Muchachos in our pocket helped getu s through our vacation. We enjoyed all the ports of call, a wonderfull time water skiing and driving on the island Brač. We saw it all.

Dalmatino – 30.05.-06.06.2022

There isn’t a better way to visit Croatia and experience each of the islands than traveling on Dalmatino. The boat was stunning. The boat crew had the best service I have ever experienced. This trip will be very hard to top. We were directed to the best experiences on each island, food was absolutely delicious and beautiful at the same time. I would highly recommend this yacht and staff to anyone who has the opportunity to travel to Croatia!

I would give a six star as a vacation spot and a 100% satisfying rate. The staff was so helpful and so so nice. Food was over the top in presentation, variety and was delicious. The Captain chose just a perfect route through the islands, the right amount of village time as play time. I would do this trip every year on Dalmatino!

Trip of a lifetime! The boat is gorgeous, the food was amazing, the scenery & water were incredible and the staff-crew….what can I say?! You were friendly, fun, and took the many challenges of our group in stride (covid+,stomach viruses, etc.!) with a smile and a willingness to do what we needed to have an amzing week. (I mean…how many groups requested 5 full dinnera and 5 bowls of plain white rice? 😛 ) It was such a special week for us to spend with our adult children & our friends and it was made even better by the wonderful & attentive service we recived at every turn. I’m not sure we’ll manage to get the whole family over here again, but Jim & I are sure going to try! Thank you again for everything-you all work very hard and it shows and is very much appreciated! From the moment I stepped on this boat I was greated with smiles & genuine care. I have never had an experience such as this where I was treated like I was special. Each and every one of you made this week memorable and I will never forget it. Matea made sure our thunderstorm of a room was always inviting and shared her last hairtie with me so I could enjoy the water. Keke made sure I always had milk with dessert before even asking and kept us all in a good mood. To the chef who gave us a personal tour of the bars so we could experience the true culture. Rocco despite us leasing hi min the beginning made sure to act professional as always. Stipe on our day to the market gave us the submarine tunnel. Last but not leats, the Captain who ensure no matter the weather there was always a plan for fun in place. Overall, I wish I couls stay with you forever and I have never had such a wonderful time. Sincerly and truly, thank you from the botton of my heart. There i san open door for any of you at my home in Los Angeles. I hope to see you again one day. SS

I have no words to explain the marvelous adventure we have sailed with Captain Tom. It has been the upmost pleasure to embark in this journey around the Adriatic Sea with such a wonderful crew. Ivana is super attentive and dedicated to fulfilling the needs of all my fellow travelers who have stepped aboard Captain Tom’s deck. The sights seen could never be converged in the slightest. The sea was magical. The food was amazing. Everyday was a delight to my mouth. We cannot wait to come back next year. Thank you to the entire crew.

Altair – 08.2022

Carefree and a wonderful cruise down the Adriatic Mastercharter was the best Croatian travel agency I have dealt with in the last ten years. Ivana, Mirna and Mate are devout professionals who will tender to your every need. Ask a question and you will get an answer momentarily, if one of them is busy one of the others will respond. No detail is overlooked and everything is done to your satisfaction. They stay true to their motto which says “Everything is possible for one who believes”.

I wanted to charter a gulet for a family cruise and for my particular needs they suggested the Altair which turned out to be the perfect choice. The name Altair is derived from the bright star, aka Alpha Aquilae, which shines as the brightest star in the constellation Aquila the Eagle. It describes this gullet perfectly; it is beautiful, clean and well maintained. The crew is a family run affair; Captain Dare is a capable sailor and a wonderful host. His Dad Duje is a fantastic cook and a Captain in his own right and Dare’s sister Luce (Lucy) is a wonderful hostess and a do everything gal who will attend to your every need. Also there is Lovro, a very capable sailor who makes sure that the boat is securely tied, he will help you with all the heavy lifting, will provide you with the swimming toys once you are in the water and will watch over you while you swim.

The cruise down the Jadran (Adriatic Sea) was absolutely fantastic. We were in and out of secluded coves for swimming in the crystal clear water during the day and visited famous towns like Hvar, Korčula, Polače, Ston and others in the evening. It was a perfect combination of rest, relaxation and sightseeing.

I would like to take this opportnity to thank the crew once more for making me and my family feel like we were a part of their family and for providing us with a carefree, restfull, exciting and wonderfull experience. Special thanks goes out to my new friend Duje Junior (Dare’s son) who made our trip that much more enjoyable, this is from his new friend Brankec.

Corsario – 25 June 2022

We had the Best time in Corsario, aside from the amaizing places and smooth ride, the crew was so warm, dedicated and helpfull. Stand up padlle, water motor rides, snorkeling, biking and awesome more experiences we lived in this boat. Thank to this boat and the crew we could had an inforgivable family time! I hope we can come back and finish our travesy through Croatia. See you soon!!!

Romanca – 18.06.-25.06.2022

Global Rating: 5/5 (Excellent)

We travel often and far, and we have been around the world and had amazing experiences. But our vacation on the Romanca, chartered via MasterCharter, was truly unrivaled! Airline travel these days can be beyond hectic, and our vacation seemed to get off to the wrong start when the airline lost our luggage. Ivana (Mastercharter) and Andrea (owner of the Romanca) arranged a speedboat to take a passenger to get medication that had gone missing with the bags and PERSONALLY tracked our luggage down and had it hand-delivered to the boat as we were eating breakfast under sail. Additionally, a member of our party had a bicycle accident, and Marin (Romanca’s captain) was on location in minutes with the town’s doctor and sat with us through the process of going to the hospital and getting a few stitches, then offered to buy the injured person an ice cream, (because everyone knows when you get stitches, you get an ice cream). Despite our two mishaps, all 15 of our party fell madly in love with Croatia, the Adriatic, MasterCharter, and most specifically the Romanca and its crew. The Romanca is by far the prettiest wooden gullet on the Adriatic; you cannot help but share the pride of her crew as she sails into port. You can tie her up next to the largest, newest ship in any marina, and know you are the one privileged enough to call the Romanca home. Valentina and Mario knew everyone by name on the first morning and never forgot our food or drink preferences — my latte was being made before I could sit at the Romanca’s massive table. Victor is a world class chef and a true artist who goes out of his way to please everyone. He woke up in the middle of the night to feed the three of us who waited for the doctor to finish his work on our patient, and we got a beautiful steak with rice and salad, totally unexpected and above and beyond. Ivan, the first mate, went out with several of our younger “sailors” (as per our request) when they wanted to go to a club at midnight. He watched over us and protected us like family, even at the sacrifice of his night’s sleep. And Marin navigated us through it all, recommending phenomonal wineries, restaurants, and excursions on the islands. I’m not prone to write reviews, or be loquacious, but for this trip, I must! These people are so special and amazing; they find a magical way of outshining the scenery. That said, Croatia and her islands are not to be missed, their beauty is unparalleled and the experience is unmatched. Do yourself a favor, spend a week on the Romanca… just don’t book the weeks we want, we will be back!

The worst part about the trip is leaving!Its even difficult to write in this book.Words on paper cant describe the feelings we have for Rara. Thank you for making our second time around even more special and memorable as first. I wish you all could come to my house so I could show you the same love and hospitality you have show to us! You take us to the most incredible journey. Rara Avis crew–Coming into this trip you all exceeded every expectation we had. Sean + I enjoyed our morning visits with Matea, surryifit was to early. Marco my daily check in for lunch + dinner will be acore memory of this trip, thank you for your amazing smile!Sailors (Roko & Stipe) your support & smile (even if confused on what I said to fast) was so fun.Thanks captain for“keeping us safe”always with yours mysterious smile! IT IS HARD IN LIFE TO BE FORTUNATE ENOUGH TO EVER BE ABLE TO BE IN A POSITION TO BE ABLE TO VACATION ON A BOAT SUCH AS ANIMA MARIS. HOWEVER, IT IS EVEN MORE DIFFICULT TO HAVE AN EXPERIENCE THAT EXCEEDS ALL OF YOUR EXPECTATIONS.THIS TRIP WAS BEYOND WHAT WE THOUGHT IT WOULD BE. WE HOPED IT WOULD BE THIS WONDERFUL, BUT TO HAVE EACH DAY BE BETTER THAN THE DAY BEFORE HAS TRULY BEEN A DELIGHT. THE BOAT OF COURSE IS A WORK OF ART,A MIX OF MODERN YET STILL ROMANTIC. THE CABINS ARE SO SPACIOUS AND THE BATHROOMS AS WELL.NOVAK’S COOKING WAS SPECTACULAR AS WELL AS ALEXANDER. ANYTHING WE WANTED DELIVERED WHICH AS WE ALL KNOW IS NOT AN EASY THING TO DO. SONIA KEPT OUR CABINS AND LAUNDRY IMPECCABLE AND THE REST OF THE CREW WAS WITH US ON DECK TIME WE NEEDED ANYTHING AT ALL. THE LOADED THE WATER TOY INTO THE SEA EVERYDAY SO OUR KIDS COULD RIDE THE SEABOB FROM MORNING TILL NIGHT. THEY WATCHED CAREFULLY AS THEY FLIPPED OFF THE TOP DECK IN TO THE WATER. CAPTAIN MARIO ALWAYS FOUND US THE MOST BEAUTIFUL BAYS AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, PICKED THE BEST CREW. THEN WE CAME TO VICTORIA WHO ALL DAY, EVERYDAY MADE SURE WE HAD ANY DRINK OR SNACK WE WANTED. Captain Luka was very professional and helpful, his brother Damir and the chef were excellent too. I think the Steward, Ivor was a bit out of his depth as he was really a deck hand that had stood in for a Stewardess from what we learned, and whilst he tried hard, my only recommendation would be that an experienced stewardess would have added polish to the whole drinking and dining experience.

Transportation to Croatia from other countries can be achieved through various modes of transportation, including air travel, road travel, and maritime options.    

By Plane  

Croatia has several international airports, with the largest and most well-connected being Zagreb, Split, and Dubrovnik. Other major airports include cities Zadar, Pula, Rijeka, and islands Brač and Mali Lošinj.  

Numerous airlines operate flights to Croatia from various international destinations. Major carriers such as: Croatia Airlines, Adria Airways, etc. The availability of flights may vary by season. Flight durations to Croatia can vary significantly based on your departure location, but the average flight time from European cities is around 2-3 hours.  

By Road  

Croatia is accessible by road from neighbouring countries like Slovenia, Hungary, Serbia, Montenegro, and Bosnia and Herzegovina. The road network in Croatia is well-developed, making it easy for travellers to enter by car or bus. Tourists who decide to travel to Croatia by road must make sure they have the necessary travel documents and check entry requirements at border crossings.   

During the high season in July and August, traffic jams may occur on the freeway leading to the Croatian coast. Hrvatski Autoklub is the Croatian Automobile Club that provides various services to its members and the public related to road safety and automobile services. It offers roadside assistance services to its members and provides help in case of breakdowns, accidents, or other emergencies on the road.  

Cell phones, while driving, are prohibited. The use of seat belts and child seats is mandatory.  

By Train  

Hrvatske željeznice – Croatian Railways , often abbreviated as HŽ, is the state-owned railway company. It is responsible for operating the majority of the country's rail services, including passenger and freight transport. The rail network includes mainline routes, regional lines, and branch lines. It connects major Croatian cities like Zagreb, Split, Rijeka, Osijek, and others, except Dubrovnik.   

Croatia has direct connections with Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Hungary, Italy, Austria, Switzerland, Germany, Serbia and Montenegro, and indirect connections with almost all European countries.  

HŽ has established international rail connections, including services like the Euro City (EC) trains that connect Croatia with cities in other European countries, making it easier for travellers to explore the region by train. These connections offer a scenic way to travel to Croatia.  

By Sea  

Croatia is a popular destination for Mediterranean cruises. You can reach the country by taking a cruise ship or a ferry from various Mediterranean ports. Major ferry ports in Croatia include Split, Dubrovnik, and Rijeka.  

Many travellers explore Croatia's coast and islands by taking ferries and catamarans between the islands. This is a unique way to experience the country's stunning coastline.  

In the summer, ferry connections with islands are intensified. The summer schedule is valid from May 31st to September 28th. There are regular boat and ferry lines from Italy to Croatia.

If you prefer a hotter climate for sunbathing on the deck and swimming from the boat, summer is the ideal time.  

Keep in mind that this period constitutes the peak tourist season . Popular destinations and attractions can be quite crowded, particularly in coastal areas and islands.  

These months are perfect for various water-based activities due to warm sea temperatures and calm conditions . Swimming, snorkelling, scuba diving, sailing, and other water sports are popular choices, making it an ideal time for beach enthusiasts.  

Summer in Croatia hosts a multitude of festivals, cultural events, and outdoor concerts, providing an opportunity to immerse yourself in local culture, music, and traditions. Nightlife peaks during the summer, especially in destinations like Pag, Hvar, Brač, Dubrovnik, and Split.  

May and October are Shoulder season  

For a budget-friendly experience in Croatia, consider visiting during the shoulder seasons, specifically in early Spring (May and June) or late Autumn (September to November). These times offer a range of affordable activities. However, keep in mind that certain experiences, dining options, and accommodations may be limited.

During the shoulder season, the weather is generally pleasant. In May and September, temperatures are milder , making outdoor activities and sightseeing comfortable. The sea remains warm enough for swimming and water sports, while the weather is conducive to exploring historical sites, hiking in national parks, and enjoying outdoor dining.  

Booking sailing boats during the shoulder seasons is often easier compared to the summer months, with a broader range of options and potentially more reasonable prices .   

The shoulder seasons offer an excellent opportunity to explore Croatia's islands in a more family-friendly environment , characterized by fewer crowds and a relaxed atmosphere. Some events and festivals take place during these seasons, offering a unique glimpse into Croatian life, and showcasing local culture, music, and traditions.  

Winter is the Low season  

Exploring Croatia during the low season, from November to April , provides a unique opportunity for a more nature-focused experience.   

During this time, many establishments close, leading to limited choices for boat charters, attractions, and activities. On the other hand, it is perfect for early booking activities and the flexibility to choose dates before the peak season rush.

The Adriatic Sea , the n orthernmost part of the Mediterranean, spans from the Strait of Otranto to the Veneto region in Italy, boasting over 1,300 islands along the Croatian coast .   

Tides in the Adriatic are characterized by small amplitudes, while currents are weakly observable, flowing counterclockwise along the Croatian coast.   

The sea's salinity averages 38.30 per mill , influenced by the Po River and lower than the Mediterranean. Sea temperatures fluctuate annually, reaching 22 to 25°C in summer.    

Waves are relatively small due to the Croatian coast's configuration, ensuring safe sailing .   

Weather conditions are influenced by the general Mediterranean weather , with light to moderate winds prevailing until June, calm in July and August, and stronger winds returning in September.  

Winds in Croatia

The Adriatic Sea is known for distinct wind patterns that influence its weather and sailing conditions, including Bura, Jugo, Maestral, Lebić, and Levant.  

• Bura winds from the northeast or east-northeast bring a cold, dry wind often accompanied by clear skies.  
• Jugo winds from the southeast are warm and moist , bringing humid conditions and occasional rain, often associated with unstable weather.  
• Maestral winds from the northwest are a daytime sea breeze during summer , providing cooler and pleasant conditions, particularly along the Croatian coast.  
• Levant winds from the east are moderate to strong easterly winds bringing some rainfall, more common in the southern Adriatic during transitional seasons.  
• Lebić winds from the southwest are warm and moist, potentially causing stormy weather and heavy rain , mainly in the western part of the Adriatic, more common in the fall and winter.

Part of the former Yugoslavia, the country is lying just across the Adriatic sea from Italy’s east coast, and sharing land borders with Serbia, Hungary, Slovenia and Bosnia. Today, Croatia is a tourist haven, which when you arrive will come as no surprise. The scenery is stunning, the lifestyle is unmistakably Mediterranean and the food is a mouthwatering combination of east meets west.

Fans of Game of Thrones will be all too aware of the beautiful landscapes on offer in Croatia. Namely Dubrovnik. The city stands in for Kings Landing in the popular TV show. The old town with its fortifications, lively centre and great views has become one of the most popular places to visit in the Mediterranean.

Here you can visit the ancient Roman ruins at Villa Rustica and the incredible headstones and tombs in Supetar’s cemetery, particularly the monumental Petrinović family mausoleum. If you are looking for some action, head to the beach and enjoy the an afternoon dedicated to watersports: water skiing, paragliding or diving. End your day with a traditional Dalmatian dinner at one of the local tavernas.

Set sail to the spectacular coastal city of Makarska. Located on the backdrop of the Biokovo mountain, this charming beach resort has a very nice long and buzzing promenade, filled with shops, cafes and nice tavernas At the end of your day, walk over to St. Peters peninsula to witness a magnificent sunset over the Dalmatian coast.

The charming town of Jelsa is a popular tourist destination during summer and a ferry port. With a mix of Greek, Roman and British influences, Via offers something for everybody: the impressive ruins of Roman baths with intact mosaics, a medieval town with a labyrinth of narrow alleys lined up with 17th-century houses, or a local sweet and fruity wine made of Vugava native grapes.

Set sail to Šolta island and drop anchor at the small fishing village of Maslinica. The southern part of the bay is dominated by the 18th-century Marchi Castle, now a hotel. If you’re looking for a day at the beach, head to Šipkova bay where you’ll find the only sand beach on the island, or to Šešula bay which is also a very good overnight spot.

The National Park Mjlet - the next stop on your 14 days itinerary from Split - is the ideal location to go hiking the lush hills for stunning views of the island, or go swimming or kayaking on the two salt lakes. Dalmatian Coast on a Yacht Charter in Croatia

Starting Port

Your first stop will be the charming town of Maslinica on Šolta island. Maslinica is a small fishing village known for its olive groves and vineyards. Visit the 18th-century Baroque Marchi Castle, which was transformed into a hotel, and the Church and Benedictine Monastery on Stipanska islet, dating back in the 6th-century. Wearing trainers can help minimize the chance of stubbing your toe while moving about the boat. It’s also advisable to bring warm clothing and a windbreaker. However, try not to overpack, as excess gear can occupy space and may go unused during the voyage.

For sailing or boating trips, it’s best to pack your belongings in soft, collapsible bags like duffel bags or backpacks. Hard-sided luggage can be cumbersome and difficult to store in the tight spaces often found on boats. Additionally, a waterproof or water-resistant bag can be beneficial to protect your belongings from potential splashes or unexpected rain.

We supply bed linens and one towel for each guest. If you require extra towels, please inform us ahead of time, and we’ll arrange them for you. If you will be unable to pack beach towels, we offer rentals at 5 Eur per towel for the week.

Every yacht chartered adheres to Croatian Maritime regulations. This includes sanctioned safety vests, harnesses, life rafts, VHF radios, horseshoe buoys with lights, distress signals, and fire extinguishers, among other items. Refer to the general equipment list for sailing boats, motorboats, catamarans, mega yachts, and gulets.

The charter fee not only covers the use of the boat but also includes bed linens and kitchenware, as well as one roll of toilet paper and liquid soap per restroom. Extra costs you might encounter include the outboard engine, gennaker, marina parking, marina charges, fuel, and crew (unless stated otherwise on our website). Please refer to the conditions for sailing boats, motorboats, catamarans, mega yachts, and gulets.

Indeed, every yacht and its crew are comprehensively insured against any mishaps.

Parking within ACI Marina Split is limited and cannot be reserved. However, there’s an expansive parking area just above the marina that offers more spots. Additionally, there’s a nearby private parking option close to the marina which you can arrange through us.

We typically tailor routes to the preferences of each group, but we can offer examples of favored itineraries. Our goal is to align the journey with the group’s interests, leading to diverse experiences. We also urge our clients to think outside the box, ensuring their holiday stands out.

Charters typically start and finish on Saturdays. While we can accommodate charters shorter than 7 days, it’s not feasible during the peak season.

Our skippers are skilled, amiable, and professional. Beyond ensuring a safe journey from one port to another, they’ll serve as your guide, unveiling the secrets of our islands and secluded bays. You’re encouraged to specify any preferences about the skipper, such as non-smoking, child-friendly, younger, older, and so forth.

Indeed, you are responsible for supplying the skipper’s meals.

Typical boarding time is after 5 p.m. If you wish to start your journey earlier, we can make the boat available by 1 p.m. with our EARLY CHECK-IN option for an additional 150 EUR. The checkout process begins at 8:30 a.m. You must return to the base by Friday afternoon. If you prefer a specific checkout time in the morning, please coordinate with our office in advance.
