The 47.67m/156'5" expedition yacht 'Hanse Explorer' by shipyard Fassmer Werft offers flexible accommodation for up to 12 guests in 7 cabins.

For high adventure, explorer yacht Hanse Explorer has got you covered. Offering an array of spacious outdoor living areas and stand out amenities, the world's your oyster onboard this spectacular vessel.

Guest Accommodation

Built in 2006, Hanse Explorer offers guest accommodation for up to 12 guests in 7 suites comprising a master suite and six cabins that can operate as twins or doubles. There are 10 beds in total, including 4 queen and 6 singles. She is also capable of carrying up to 14 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht charter experience.

Onboard Comfort & Entertainment

On your charter, you'll find plenty to keep you busy and entertained, notably a sauna to help you detox and regenerate.

Whatever your activities on your charter, you'll find some impressive features are seamlessly integrated to help you, notably satellite communications, keeping you connected on any voyage. Take advantage of the on board Wi-Fi and stay connected at all times and in addition guests will experience complete comfort while chartering thanks to air conditioning.

Performance & Range

Built with a steel hull and aluminium superstructure, she offers greater on-board space and is more stable when at anchor thanks to her full-displacement hull. Powered by 1 x MAK engines, she comfortably cruises at 10 knots, reaches a maximum speed of 12 knots with a range of up to 9,000 nautical miles from her 151,000 litre fuel tanks.

When not cruising Hanse Explorer has onboard an incredible selection of water toys and accessories for you and your guests to connect with the waters around you. Discover the world beneath the surface of the ocean with the dive gear and compressor. Additionally, there are two Aire Sea Tiger kayaks - a tranquil and relaxing way to pass the time. Hanse Explorer has a Zodiac Tender to transfer you from ship to shore.

Description

Built for both tropical and polar waters, Hanse Explorer carries two Mark-IV Zodiacs for landing on remote Pacific beaches or pushing through Antarctic brash ice. Newly installed (2020) retractable stabilizers keep her steady at sea. 2021 also brought a multi-million dollar refit to provide the yacht with a new, contemporary look.

Whether diving in the remote reefs of Melanesia utilizing the yacht’s advanced dive center or cruising through the Norwegian fjords, you’ll find the yacht perfectly suited for expeditions.

Hanse Explorer’s accommodations for 12 adventurous guests are smart and nautical. A spacious saloon and adjacent dining room feature large windows to bring stunning scenery indoors. An expansive aft deck is used for frequent al fresco dining.

A large Owner’s cabin opens onto a secluded deck, and up top, a new Jacuzzi and outdoor seating awaits.

Her professional crew understands the unique needs of expedition clients, whether multi-generational families or a romantic escape for a couple. There is a genuine spirit and expedition camaraderie that develops onboard, with many clients repeating charters on her year after year.
