Taboga Island is the best option to go to the beach from Panama City. Take advantage of the super pleasant navigation of a maxi catamaran, lying in the nets or sitting protected from the sun, with a musical atmosphere and a very cool drink. Enjoy the sea and the beach of Taboga Island. Visit to a typical Panamanian fishing town. You just have to bring your towel and your personal effects, everything else is included !

Time and meeting place : 8:15am at the CANAL HOUSE PANAMA restaurant (BALBOA YACHT CLUB’s restaurant) next to the TGI FRIDAY’S restaurant in Amador

Schedule : 8:45am-5pm

Time : 8h15m

Open bar : Rum, vodka, national beer, juice, soda, water, snacks, cookies

Lunch : Panamanian chiken, rice, banana, coleslaw

Description : Taboga Island is located about twenty kilometers from the coast of Panama City in the Pacific Ocean. The activity starts at 8:45am (check-in 30 minutes before). We sail to the back of Taboga Island and on the way you will be able to see the Bridge of the Americas, the Amador Causeway and Panama Bay. We anchor in a virgin bay around 10:45am. Clients take advantage of the sea and the sun to bathe and relax until lunchtime. Musical atmosphere and open bar all day. At 11:45am we start sailing towards the main beach and the town of Taboga.

We anchor in front of the main beach and the town of Taboga around 12:15pm. We serve lunch on the catamaran with table service on crockery (no plastic). After lunch around 1pm, clients have the option of going down to the island to visit the town and take advantage of the beach or to continue enjoying themselves on the catamaran. At 3:15pm we pick up the clients who went down to the island and we start sailing back to Panama City. Musical atmosphere and open bar all day. Disembark at 5pm.

Cancellation : In case of extreme circumstances payments will be refunded to the customer without compensation (ex : suspension of departure, mechanical problem).

By the customer, payments will be refunded to the customer if the cancellation has been made 24h before the day of the tour.

In case of refund and if payments have been made by card, will be refunded to the customer less 4$ per person.

You cannot board the catamaran with shoes.

All passengers must have their ID, residence card for residents and passport with entry stamp for tourists.

Aeronaval checks the identification at boarding.

Starting in Buenaventura Marina, close to Rio Hato and Playa Blanca, in Panama on the Pacific Coast, there are ample possibilities to cruise along the coast, and anchor on remote islands or beaches.

The catamaran is based in Buenaventura Marina, within Buenaventura Resort and close to Buenaventura Hotel in Rio Hato. Guests who vacation in the RIU Playa Blanca or Playa Blanca Resort may be picked up directly from the hotel beach.

You may join us for a catamaran sailing trip or sunset cruise if you are on a holiday in Panama, for example, if you stay in the RIU Hotel Playa Blanca in Rio Hato, in Playa Blanca, in Decameron or Bijao. All of those are only a short drive away. Also, Coronado, El Valle de Anton (Anton Valley), and San Carlos are a short driving distance.

We sail out to a small Island called Isla Farallon, where you may swim in the ocean, discover the underwater world with provided masks and snorkels, practice your Stand up paddle board skills, kayak around the island, or just relax with a floaty in the sea.

All tours are private, which means there will be no other people on board than your party and the crew. You may book the catamaran for a very private experience with two guests and up to a group of 30 guests.
