And the cockpit is the command centre for that safe and efficient operation, not a patio. All boats are compromises, and that goes double for cockpits and deck accessible storage, but to my way of thinking Boréal have made better tradeoffs than Garcia, at least for adventure cruising, or even just being at sea.
